2-hour technical interview with two people, discussing some of the prepared material and some geophysics questions. Very positive experience, they supported me along the way whenever I struggled to answer any questions. I did not have a geophysics background, and they tailored the questions accordingly.

The interview process is very comprehensive, it comprises general interviews so the candidate can introduce himself and his interests as well as instruct the candidate on how to proceed. There are also cognitive and math/physics tests, as well as presentations during which the candidate must showcase previous projects and explain geophysics methods. The process covers both technical/hardskills as well as interpersonal/softskills.
