Interview process was very quick and interviewers were friendly too. There were a total of 2 rounds, and it’s more of a casual 2-way chat, learning more about my previous experiences and some behavioural questions.

Interview
I had a total of two interviews with CGG. The first interview with the manager was great. She was respectful and kind. The second interview with the VP was terrible and I left it thinking CGG was not the place for me. He was rude about my resume and made a comment that I moved around. I don't consider being at my last position for six years moving around and I also feel that the comment made him seem out of touch with today's market when unfortunately you do have to move jobs to get salary increases and move up. The comment also bothered me as a woman as well because there is clear data that women make less. He seemed to want to debate me rather than get to know me and had a complete different description of growth for the position than the manager did. It was very discouraging and one of the worst interviews I have had.
