Applied October 2nd, got an update on November 3rd to let me know they were behind with sifting through applications. Got a take home assignment November 10th. Recruiter left me hanging on a few questions I asked about the nature of the last interview until I proded her some more. She replied satisfactorily but also let me know that “surprise surprise” they were behind with assessing the take home assignment. I fortunately decided to take an offer elsewhere two weeks ago at a more senior level because only just today they decided to reject my application without any feedback. All in all plenty of red flags with how tardy and slow they were along the process, particularly considering that the start date for the programme is January.
