I had three steps for the job interview at Viridien. I was very satisfied about the whole procedure. The HR contacted me was very professional and active. And moreover, I can feel the respect that they gave to candidates, which is not always the case during a job interview
1. A one-way video interview. I needed to make a recording of video with seven questions. A test would be given before the recording to avoid any technical issues. Then I had 7 questions. Each question has 30s of preparation and about 2 minutes for answering. Some of the questions are mathematical or physical related, some of them are general (self-introduction), and there is also one about the Viridien techniques
2. Once the recorded video was validated, they organized a meeting with me for a duration about one hour. It helped me to prepare the next technical interview. After the meeting, a resume of the meeting and some support documents (article, and video liks) would be send to the candidate
3. The technical interview required three presentations, each of them was limited in 5min. First was the self-introduction, 5 slides maximum. Second was an introduction about a project I recently worked on, 2 slides maximum. Third was the introduction about their technique with the article and video link to help understand. After the presentation, questions were aksed accordingly. By the end of interview, there were also some basic questions about signal processing (about graduate level). I had some exercises that needed to calculate manually
