Interview
They informed me that I was shortlisted within a week. There were two interview rounds: the first involved a background check and a mathematics assessment, while the second round was entirely an IQ test based on ray path and reflection concepts. Overall, the interview process was quite relaxed, and the experience was positive.
However, I got the sense that qualifications alone aren't enough to secure the offer, you also need interview experience to handle the unexpected challenges they present. For example, I wasn’t expecting the second round to focus on an IQ test, so I initially tried to approach the questions mathematically. Anyway, it was a valuable experience.
The pre-interview communication and interview process at Viridien were smooth, well organized, and professional. The entire process took about four weeks. Communication was clear throughout, making the overall experience positive, efficient.
