I had a screening call, then a session of three 30-minute interviews, and then a presentation before a panel of four. I found all of the interviews to be warm, engaging, and conversational. I had prepared questions, and I was able to incorporate them into my interviews. I had planned for the presentation to be as conversational as the interviews, but it was clear that they expected me to finish presenting first, then discuss.
