Virtru ghosted after four lengthy interviews with no warning, explanation, or feedback — which is a shame, because the hiring manager and recruiter were both otherwise delightful to interact with. I imagine their decision to not move forward with me was because of their CMO’s opinion post-interview, which is absolutely their prerogative, but it’s generally not okay to leave candidates hanging. Beware.
