Very unprofessional. Reached out by a recruiter on LinkedIn. She talked to me with interest of learning more about the role. It took 2 weeks to get the first call to happen due to her blowing first call. She blew me off multiple times throughout the process . Scheduled meetings with the wrong members of the organization. She would go ghost for a week for something that take 10 minutes to do. Just a honest waste of time. I had to constantly reach out for feedback and the recruiter would always give a default "oh I'm so sorry!!!" My general rule is companies that don't show you respect during the interview process, likely won't give you respect while you work there. My best advice is to stay clear of this company & not waste your time. No amount of technology replaces treating people with respect.
