I applied online and received an email to schedule an interview the following day. The whole process took over 2 months and 9 rounds of interviews just for them to rescind an offer due to budget constraints and repost the position not even 10 min later with higher salary range. The recruiter was nice and somewhat helpful but the interviewers 9 people mind you were unprofessional and I was asked the same questions during those 9 rounds. It seems the team was very disorganized and couldn’t make up their mind for what they were looking for. Also the job description was broad and confusing. The whole experience just felt unprofessional and long for no obvious reason. Very unprofessional and long process. They also pretend the position is hybrid while you are expected to come in 5 times a week in person.
