Hackerrank (easy), HR interview (pretty standard), then zoom technical interview. Interviewer started with a long CV grilling, then asked a pretty easy knights and knaves question, then hit me with what turns out to be a BMO2 Q4 (from 2017). This is the last/hardest question from an exam where 5 people in the UK solved all 4 questions in 3.5hours -- I am expected to solve it in 30 mins while narrating and communicating what I am writing without a shared screen? Worse, the interviewer didn't seem to understand that finding an optimal strategy in a game involves proving that you can't do better. I arrived at a strategy that turns out (non-obviously) to be optimal, and he started asking me to bet on whether I thought it was optimal. Seems like a really clumsy and nonsensical way to shoehorn in some sort of 'trader intuition'.
Coding test, then HR interview with brainteasers, then two technical interviews getting progressively harder, followed by a super day a couple weeks later on site in dublin, flights and accom paid for.
Applied then received and online assessment after that a interview which was 1/2 technical 1/2 hr interview. Online assessment is standard and technical interview is basic brain teaser question from green book
