Very good, they only cared about my GCSE results, asked super easy questions I feel like they like people with good gcse grades. I was worried because I studied history in university.

I interviewed with Virtu in September 2024. The process was exceptionally long, spanning approximately three months with around nine interview rounds. On average, it took about two weeks to receive a response after each round. Despite the extensive commitment, the feedback was minimal, and after three months of interviews, I ultimately received a rejection. I also heard from some friends that even if a candidate completes the entire interview process, the firm might reject them due to concerns from an earlier round, which were never explicitly addressed or revisited later in the process.
