The interview was conducted via Skype. I did the two Interviews with HRs and the third round with the CEO, ended with a case study writing. The process was smooth and not too stressing. The interview with HRs were more behavior questions based, including past experience, career expectation and self identifying strength and weakness. The interview with the CEO was more about my past experience in investment banking since my industry knowledge is not very strong. Afterward they gave me a short business case about a game company along with a few very interesting readings. I submitted the case in two days, combing my research and analysis. In general the whole process was well organized and the atmosphere is friendly. They value skills as well as passion for games. They didn't try to provoke or embarrass me with difficult questions although they know I am new to the industry.
