This hiring process is conducted by Revature for their client, Virtusa. First, they conduct an online assessment, followed by another online assessment that lasts around four hours and includes coding questions. Next, a virtual interview is conducted. If selected, candidates undergo around 20 weeks of training, after which another interview is held. Candidates who clear the final interview receive the job offer. (I got rejected before training)
