Had a friendly chat. First, they checked my family and educational background. Then asked about my career aspects. Asked a few theoretical questions about recruitment and other functions of HR. Checked what are the activities I did as extracurricular.

Aptitude test has been conducted and than a panel interview with two HR on HR operations and past experience , than short listed candidates has been asked to attend another round with different panel and at the end review was given.
