I was approached on LinkedIn by Joanna and her message really interested me and I've decided to talk about the offer. From the very beginning to the very end I felt that the communication in the process is so clear, I always knew what to expect. The process was very short - 2 meetings. First meeting was with the recruiter. It was one of the nicest interviews I had - very professional but at the sime time I wasn't feeling any stres, I feel like talking to a friend. And Joanna asked me really good, sometimes difficult questions! The second interview was very difficult, and the interviewer gave me tricky case studies. Overall, I didn't get the job and I waited for the feedback a bit longer than I expected but when I got it from Joanna, I was impressed with how detailed it was. All i all, I had a very good experience and I would recommend this process.
