I am very satisfied with the Interview Process at ITMAGINATION. It was a relatively fast and efficient process - took less than a month - and it was overall a very positive experience for me. The Recruiter who has led the process, Aleksandra Ślemp, has been a pleasure to work with. She is a very communicative and professional person. Her warm and outgoing personality made the recruitment process smooth and friendly. I was updated regularly about the next steps, so I always knew what to expect. All my questions were answered promptly and extensively. I also rate technical interview with the Senior UX/UI Designer Kasia Suwała very highly. It was conducted in a truly friendly and respectful atmosphere. I had an opportunity to learn more about the company and present my work experience and skills. On top of that, I had a similarly positive experience during the interview with the Project Manager on the Client’s side. I highly recommend ITMAGINATION as a workplace to apply to. Ultimately, I had to decline the job offer because I got offered a similar position on better financial terms at the same time elsewhere. It was one of the most difficult decisions I had to make in my life. In the future I would love to apply for a job opening at ITMAGINATION again, because it seems to be a wonderful organization filled with amazing people and interesting projects.
