Interview
I applied for a job few months ago but no update on that but I think they had my profile so I got an email for some other role from the recruiter. Job description matched my skill set so I was really interested in the role.
Then started the cycle of following up for interview. I used to be ready for interview only to get an update that panel is in a meeting so we have to postpone the call. It was postponed 4 times.
When I finally had a chance to talk to the panel, they asked very few questions, I felt like somehow they are not interested. I prepared so much for this role but I didn’t feel very positive after the discussion. First the panel joined 5 mins late and then he concluded the call 5-7 mins early. That has never happened to me. I may not have answered few things correctly but i was answering totally on the basis of my experience. Idk i didn’t like the process at all and i have switched companies and gave many interviews before.
I still hope for 1 more discussion but this is how I felt. Disappointed.
