Interview
The interview process for freshers through college graduate occured for me via campus. It was a full day plan where they started with the company introduction in one auditorium. They usually start with group discussion I have heard which didnt happen during my campus hiring process due to time limitation. Those who clears the GD round will have One on One interview. The interview happened for around half hour where they asked introduction, some basic coding questions, few behavioral questions.

1. Introduce Yourself 2. Which programming languages you know 3. which books you refer for the study of particular language 4. what is your strength and weakness. etc
I successfully cleared the technical round focused on Core Java concepts, followed by the HR interview as the final stage, where overall personality, communication skills, and cultural fit were evaluated thoroughly.
There were 2 technical rounds, and additional HR one and a background check, including a drug screen, follows well established procedures, interviewers are experienced for that technology, checks specifically for the technology that being hired, cares less about GPA.

It was good easy and comfartable interview. there were 2 rounds for the interview processs and it was online interview. first exam was there then after getting selected interviews started.
