There were 4 interview rounds . The first round was a telephonic interview (1 hour) with Delivery Center Head and was around past experiences and specific questions on managing large programs. The second round was a telephonic interview (1.5 Hrs) with account manager specifically on programme management skill. Key questions were on change management and client and stakeholder management . Third round was with VP Client services - Face to Face meeting (1hr) and was mainly around industry experience , client management etc. Final round was with HR head - Face to Face interview and about understanding the company culture , salary negotiation and understanding company expectations
