Interview
First round is are communication and knowledge on role. 2nd is purely communication skills round. 3rd is versant assesment, 4th is HR round. If you clear 1st then you will have 2nd round then 3rd then 4th. Once you clear HR round, then bvg ,offer letter and onboarding process.

After first round I don't get any response from so, I decided Iam rejected.
In First round of interview questions are very easy but Iam rejected. May be because of my communication skills will try to improve my communication skills.

They asked first self introduction and some basic questions like relocation
It was bad a experience because instructions were unclear and they took 4 rounds for 23000 job. haha. And rejected me in last one saying you should not apply here because you are over qualified. But I wanted a WFH
