I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Dubai) in Jun 2026
Interview
This was for a three-month contract. I made it to the final stage, but unfortunately, I was not selected as they went with another applicant. The interviewer was very welcoming and relaxed. She began by introducing herself and discussing the position and work environment at VISA for the first 10 minutes, ensuring I was completely comfortable before asking any questions. It was one of the most laid-back interviews I've experienced, it felt much more like a conversation than a one-sided Q&A

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (London, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
Initial screening interview with recruiter via zoom, second interview with hiring manager. No reply or feedback despite being promised. Followed up, ghosted. Don’t really see either the point of promising feedback and getting back to candidates if company cannot be bothered to follow through.
