I usually do not write reviews, but because it is Visa, I’ll have to make an exception! Visa literally ghosted me after putting me through to the hiring manager around which I believe went really well. We immediately built a rapport within the first few minutes of the interview which lasted approximately 45 minutes. The Hiring Manager even discussed next steps, it’s been more than two months, sent up to 2 follow-up emails to the Recruiter yet radio silence. Honestly, I did not expect this ghosting from a payment giant like Visa! Some of us put effort into preparing for interviews, yet you don’t have the decency of keeping candidates informed about their situation? At least you can do! Like I said, I don’t usually write reviews here on Glassdoor as I have been rejected from a few interviews at large companies, but it’s okay because they would let me know and give me feedback!
