Interview
2 interviews one on the phone with the recruiter then you come in and take a tour. Then get scheduled for an interview with 2 managers. There is also a very detailed background check, they check your previous 3 employers or 10 years back. Ensure everything is filled out completely. One the background comes back you are scheduled for training class.
The Interview experience was easy and welcoming and the interviewer seemed interested , the interviewer gave time and attention after questions were asked . The question lineup were not long and dragged out.

The interview process was structured and professional. The interviewer asked relevant questions, listened carefully, and provided clear explanations about the role and expectations. Overall, it was a positive experience even though I didn't get an offer.
