1. Recruiter called and setup a hiring manager interview
2. I got Hacker rank questions which are very basics. cleared it with ease
3. Hiring manager spoke for 30 minutes with template questions and very easy to clear
4. I got Interviewed with the team of 4 people (templated questions again, no challenging interaction)
5. After 3 weeks, i got an email saying i am rejected with no reason provided (as there is no reason i guess)
Seems to be an internal filling position. I would be cautious next time to watch out for these positions.

HR contacted through Email and after a week sent an Email regarding the exploratory call with Hiring Manager. Post that there would be some assessments and technical rounds. Finally HR discussion and offer rollut.

Introduction about yourself. What is your day to day activities. Single scenario based question
Was contacted by a Visa recruiter via email. Had a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by another interview with a Visa recruiter. This second recruiter said the test was to determine whether I have basic coding skills, which they could have answered by looking at my GitHub repo and see the kind of work I can do. Instead they decided to evaluate my skill based on how quickly and how accurately I can solve a problem that would never appear in the real world.

I declined the offer since interview process was horrible the way they organised, you need to follow up for feedback.
