A very tedious and frustrating experience. First, i had to record myself on hire vue, this stage was relatively easy, with questions like what is unique about you etc. Next, i was tasked with preparing a presentation for a fictional Visa client in order to convince him to start collaborating with visa, and to pitch its credit cards to the client representatives during a video call. I even had to "create a bond with the client by asking some questions to better understand his needs". Finally, i had a video call with visa analysts who had their questions prepared beforehand (tell me about a time when...) so there was not much room for a real talk/dialogue. After hire vue, i had waited a month before they came back to me, but stages 2 or 3 were back to back (one day after another). They were supposed to get back to me after one week but eventually i only received an offer after two weeks... With a salary so low that i wasn't sure in what currency it is. I tried to negotiate but they only agreed to a small raise, overall i would earn more if i worked as a cashier. After having exchanged some emails with HR i wrote that i cannot accept such a low salary and have to decline the offer, to which i they haven't replied even to this point (it's been a month now). Luckily i got another job offer because otherwise i'd probably have to accept theirs and it doesn't look like a good place to work.
