Extremely unprofessional. First I got an automatic rejection answer. Then HR e-mailed saying it was a mistake. Had interview with HR and Hiring Manager, then waited for about one month. I pinged the HR on the e-mail we used to communicate during the hiring process, to get an update. Right after, I received an automated rejection message. After the time I put in for the interviews, the least I expected was the courtesy of a “personal” update.
