The interview process was quite professional. After an initial phone screening, you have to pass an online psichometrical test. Next phase is an interview in their offices with a Recruitment Advisor, which includes competency based questions. Candidates who successfully pass to the next phase are invited to an addictional interview in their offices with the Manager of the role and the Director of the area.
