Had a screening with HR, they got back after 1,5 weeks. now had a 45 phone conversation with the hiring manager. When asked about next steps, she said she would take a few weeks to consider if there is a person who is the right fit to even go to the next rounds. Sound like their process needs some streamlining if handling the first rounds takes more than a month!! Mostly behavioral stuff.
