After talking 2 times to HR and answering the same screening questions, I talked with the hiring manager then had to make a case presentation.
The questions of this case presentation were super precise and sharp. I was uncomfortable by this case going too much into details and was closed to refuse to make the presentation as I would be giving away a big chunk of my expertise.
However I took the risk and prepared for more than a week plus my 10+ years of experience in this domain. I basically kind of prepare a consulting presentation that would be worth a bunch of money if asked to a consulting company...
Feedback from the recruiter : you did great, super presentation, very positive feedback... But I just received a mail telling my I was not part of the next round with no specific reasons, I could not get any detail on why: This is nothing about you, you did super great but no...
This is really problematic... You feel your knowledge is taken away for free...
Plus the process took 3 months for 3 interviews !!! The candidate consideration is very low...
