60 mins - 1st round was very simple HackerRank questions with a few multiple choice questions on Linux commands. countDuplicates in array
45 mins - 2nd round was with a senior systems engineer who picked apart your Resume meanwhile asking you why you did certain things one way than another way... Know all the possible methods in and out of your project. What are some examples of web servers? In what case would you use ___ instead of ___ and why?
45 mins - 3rd round was with a staff systems engineer who asked a bunch of technical questions - What is a hashmap, what is a BST, What is the time complexity of ___. How do you access a dictionary in python. What is OOP. Create a system using abstract classes and regular classes.
2nd and 3rd round were back to back so I needed to reserve a bit of time for this interview. Both interviewers had very thick accents and they were in Singapore. They were hard to understand leading to miscommunication when I answered some questions. They didn't try to clarify their questions but just spoke into their mics the same way the first time.
Overall, the interview should've been easy, but I could hardly hear them. One of them asked me to look directly into the camera at one point because I look upwards when I think...
