My first interview was with a Director on the insights team to determine if my background aligned with the role. I then had a second interview with the hiring manager. Both interviews were behavioral and pretty straightforward. The hiring manager told me I am a strong candidate and have a great background, but then I never heard from the recruiter again about any additional interviews. I emailed the recruiter twice - 2 weeks and 3 weeks later but never heard back. I'm surprised that a company like Visa ghosted a candidate. I expected a better recruitment process from them.
