I’ve interviewed at a good amount of places. This was the worst. -Hiring manager reaches out to me directly to set up first interview, not HR. We set a date and time. -HR reached out to me the day before the interview to reschedule as they needed to be the ones to schedule it. I have to move my own schedule around. -Interview ends up getting rescheduled two more times because of team member scheduling conflicts. -I finally have the interview. Goes great. They immediately tell me they want me to do a follow up interview. -We schedule that interview. -A few days before the interview it gets cancelled with no reason and no follow up. The meeting invite just is gone from my calendar. -I reach out to HR but never get a reply. I email the two individuals on the team I had been speaking with but they don’t reply either. Complete radio silence. -One month later I get an email from HR saying the team is now ready to do follow up interviews and am I still interested. I say yes and give them a list of times that work. No interview is scheduled. -3 months later I receive an email from Visa thanking me for applying but the team has decided to move forward with other candidates. I think I dodged a bullet.
