Visa Inc. Executive/Senior Recruiter interview questions

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Visa at the Foster City office three separate interviewers all very short asked questions off of a piece of paper. the interviewers were not very good or interested. they would write everything down and then ask the next question, there was no real discussion or opportunity to show strengths.
