Visa Inc. New Graduate Development Program Business Associate interview questions

First two interviews were over the phone, back to back with folks in different departments. The first person was late, and I was also pretty disappointed that in both conversations, they did not ask me set interview questions and the conversation veered off. It seemed like the interviewers were making up questions as they went. It was very arbitrary, and a casual "get to know you." I was disappointed in the lack of structure in the process and candidate experience, and it honestly felt like a waste of my time.
