The short process was so refreshing compared to other companies that do 4-5 rounds. Great conversations which highlight the culture. Some competency based questioning which dug into their leadership principles.

Example when you influenced a stakeholder's decision against what they initially wanted to do.
Call with Recruiter, but the recruiter never followed up after (with a decline or next steps). Their email address they used to reach out and schedule was from an automated system, and not a Visa, so no way to follow up with the recruiter.

1 phone , 4 on-site. More than the number of rounds the competency evaluated by each interviewer overlapped and some interviewer made no sense.
Process was delayed, very bad candidate experience, imagine if this is the situation for HR/ recruiter, then I can imagine the candidate experience for tech. It’s really pathetic.
