I had a phone interview with someone from HR and was invited to their office for an in-person interview. I interviewed with the department head, who gave me an in-depth job description, complimented me on my portfolio, and invited his Senior Designer in to review my work and ask me questions about my skill level. They did a terrific job of selling the company's stability and culture and I feel they were impressed by my resume and my work. Unfortunately, I was not invited back for the next round of interviews and was informed via email. Overall, they seem well-organized and professional.
