Basic initial interview with HR Manager. Shared job description and requirements for the position. Interview went well, I thought, and was advised that the hiring manager would be in contact in a few days to schedule a secondary interview. It has been almost two weeks and no call from either one. Not a very good impression for a potential employee looking to join a company. If you are disregarded as a candidate with no feedback or follow up, what do you expect once your part of their system. I would think twice before considering joining this organization.
