I had a very frustrating experience with Vistex. After being contacted twice for the same role, the recruiter didn’t review my CV or our previous conversation. The interview, which was supposed to last 60 minutes, ended after just 5 minutes. When I explained my experience regarding ERP full lifecycle implementation vs multiple solutions implementation, she simply replied, “This is what the hiring manager wants,” and wrapped things up abruptly. Though there was nothing mentioned in her email about this, I failed to ask for the job description upfront, which I admit was my mistake. However, it felt like she was just filling time and wasn’t genuinely interested in understanding my experience or assessing if I was a good fit for the role. It's a shame because Vistex is a great company, recommended by a friend who shared similar academic background and positive experiences with the company. He spoke highly of his time there, and it’s disappointing that my experience didn’t reflect that.

Intial HR discussion for 30 mins, discussed about the position, salary they are offering and the location of the position, and the selection process are explained. After one week, 1st round technical interview was scheduled and conducted via skype and got selected for next round. 4 days after 1st round of interview, they took 2nd round of interview and said they can't consider me for implementations and asked me to have 3rd round of technical interview with support team, 3rd round interview was done, and they asked me to attend Face to Face interview round, in which again 3 more technical interviews taken and finally they said that they are not satisfied with my skill set for the position.
