Two phone interviews followed by an in-person interview, which started an hour late and two of the scheduled interviewers didn’t show up. The interviewers who did show up hadn’t conferred with one another because each one painted a radically different vision for the role. It was so disorganized, I walked out of there knowing I wanted no parts of this company.
