I applied online. I interviewed at Visual Comfort & Co.
Interview
I will say everyone I spoke with at Visual Comfort was extremely lovely and I enjoyed my interviews. However, the process was drawn out and I was ultimately ghosted. I had two video interviews and an on-site interview; by the time of my final interview, it had been almost a month since I applied. When I was leaving my on-site interview, they told me they were speaking with other folks (fair) and I should hear by the end of the following week (no problem). After two weeks of not hearing anything, I reached out for an update and did not receive a response. One week after that (now 3 weeks after my last interview), I received a canned rejection email thanking me for applying but they chose to pursue another candidate; presumably this is the email that is sent from their ATS when they close a position. I don’t know if that’s their standard procedure but I’ve never seen that this far in the process. I completely understand if there was a candidate that was a better fit but I would have appreciated a more personal follow-up let alone a response to my email considering the time I spent with them and preparing for my interviews. Communication during the process if it was going to take longer would have also been great.

Question 1
I was given a lot of situational questions, asking how I would handle them.
