Visual IQ Client Services interview questions

Recruiter emailed me to set up a call, Recruiter missed call so we rescheduled. Recruiter called me and sent me an email not during our interview time asking me if we were scheduled to chat. Finally the Recruiter and I connect and he did not ask any questions. Next steps were to talk to the Hiring Manager who did not listen to a word I had to say. I felt like I controlled the conversation and asked numerous relevant questions. For someone who leads a Client Service Team he was extremely unprofessional.
