The HR recruiter was great, reached out and set up the interviews straight away. The interview consisted of myself, the HR recruiter and the CEO, Zach Gregg. It was a standard interview. I am interested in developing my coding skills further and made a mention of my interest in coding to which the CEO, Zach Greggs reply was "You don't look like a coder". I maintained my composure but as a woman of color , I felt it was offensive. I mean, what does a coder look like? Nonetheless, I followed up with a kind email and then a week later it seemed like everyone in their organization was viewing my linkedin and yet I never heard back from the recruiter. I was ghosted and offended. To make matters worse, if you look on their company site, it's clear Diversity and Inclusion is not a priority for them.
