I received a "hey we want to schedule an initial phone screening 15-30 minutes" email. I proceeded to set up a time. Selected a time, it was sent to my email, then I accepted it, and it then appeared on my Google calendar. It came to phone screen interview day, I took an hour off from my current job, the phone call never came. I even sent a follow up email to see if something happened, no response. Ghosted.
