They will literally hire anyone but the interview takes a bit. It’s a sales process. They make money off of any hires that sell which is cool. You have to be built for this type of work it’s difficult but rewarding. Just let them walk you down the interview process and you’re in. Fun culture

I applied on Indeed and was contacted for an interview pretty quickly. The interview was relatively easy and I was offered the job on the spot. They were very transparent about some of the negative aspects of the role.
They first called over the phone and said they were interested and then they told me to join a video call interview right after the phone call that was supposed to last 15-20 minutes.
