I reached out to them via their career page on their website. 3 weeks later, I was contacted for a telephone interview. Then a few days later, it was followed by a virtual interview with the manager of the department.
Basically anyone can become a manager and conduct their own interview. Not serious at all and will take anyone that is interested. Not saying it’s a bad thing because you can make good money but they will hire anyone and everyone
walked out with a job, its 1099 so showing up is 90% of it. Prior sales experience was a perk. They were very curious about over coming objections or smoke screens.
