It went smooth. Got in and out, Knew i had the job when i walked out, Loved it. I was really surprised how nice they were about the job and how i was. They were genuine and talked to me about my life

Phone screen, in person interview, background screening, training, then you're moved to the call center floor. Interview was easy, person interviewing me was not pushy or intimidating.
