The interview process was informal with the manager and floor supervisor asking more about my work goals, reasons for applying for the job, and what I could contribute to the company. There were very few structured questions except to clarify information regarding myself. It was relaxed and pleasant. There was no pressure for time so the next applicant could get in. The interview itself was positive.
