The interview process was a bit drawn out. There was a phone interview with screener then hiring manager, 2-3 hour in-person/phone interviews with members of team, presentation to team. It was conversational and they were nice.

Interview
Communication was great from the start, and any questions I had were answered. Interview was focused on finding a mutual fit and the conversation was engaging. They got back to me very quickly after each step in the hiring process.

Long process which I believe it's insane. There was a telephone interview that took place 40 mins. After 1 week made an appt. interview 1:1 with the hiring manager for abou 45 mins- 1 hour. Another 2 weeks was a group of people with in the department around 4 people but only 3 showed up 35-45 misn per person. Waited another week for the other person for an interview which last 30 mins. Then withn 5-6 weeks another final meeting with HR which is 40 mins.
