I applied online and it took around 3 weeks to the final process of the interview. I did two interviews with the recruiter and then he invited me to do some tests, e.g personality test and logical test. I would say it took a long time to do those tests. After that, I was going to the last step of the interview with the manager and one team member. It's around one and half hour interview. They mainly asked some questions related to what I did in my previous role and some questions about personality. They even talked with my reference after the final interview. So it made me feel like they have a big interest in me. But they never get back to me with notification. I expected to have a notification even they are not going to proceed with me.
