There's just a couple of group exercises. Without at least a small personal interview that cannot be a objective evaluation of the candidate. The other bad thing is that after 2 months of selection process they "threw me away" with a simple "we expected you to put more energy on the exercise". No detailed and written feedback, just stupid excuses by phone in a matter of seconds. Very frustrating. Almost all the candidates that go to the assessment centre are used to let show up the people they already chose. I expected much more by Volvo.
